Hi there,
Thanks for your report. We recommend running through Vex Offensive again without dying and seeing if the triumph still cannot be claimed. Make sure to wait until the very end and not leave immediately after the final kill. If the triumph does not complete please let us know.

I have the same problem. I ran it without dying, perfect assault triumph popped up on my screen, I didn’t leave, I didn’t die after. The triumph however says it is not complete and when I check braytech.org it says -9/3, 4.52%/50

I have ran it three times but it still reads incomplete.

@BNGHelp7 I am having the same issue. It still won’t work even running through it again and I have all the triumphs I need to claim the seal. Have you figured out what the issue is? colorMEtaco
