you would probably stand to get bopped for lag before banned for anything else. cloud gaming still has the game running on legit hardware/software so you should not have issues there. I would start with New Light before making any purchases to see if you like the way it works on their set up

can’t imagine what else was. it’s not possible to modify the game when you’re streaming the computer with restricted access only to the game itself. i wasn’t hacking or doing anything that broke TOS.

just got banned today. play on ge force now, did some trials matches, got off. got back on. banned. i've sent out requests for help @ bungie on all platforms, no response so far. :/
