You dont need any special weapons. You need to earn the Not on My Watch medal. To do so you need to kill the invader in less than 10 seconds and before they damage any of your team.

I did earn the 'Not on my Watch' medal during the match when I used my Super. No teammates downed. Not sure why it didn't tick over in that case.
