Can you also do a history of other vendors since the introduction of Eververse?

Ehh, I'm not sure what I would do for that. I did try to write on, or at least touch on, whenever something regarding Eververse, like Silver Dust, would be used for other vendors.

Part 1 - prior to Eververse, D1 vendors got regular updates at least in terms of rolls Part 2 - Eververse came and vendors got less love in D1 Part 3 - release of D2 vendor had weapons Part 4 - two years later no change Part 5 - still no change to vendors Part 6 - vendors -blam!- that Eververse gets all the attention.

As well as the inclusion of at least one additional vendor each season. Not to mention Banshee letting us test drive weapons and being able to order them through him. Destiny 2 vendors did have an update with Forsaken, and for Seasons 2 & 3 the new armor was ornaments for the Season 1 set. With each new season there is at least one new armor set available by that season's vendor. I do keep hearing that people want a new armor set from the main vendors (zavala & shaxx) though. With the how gear has stats now and the ability to transmog, even if it's just Eververse stuff, I'd more like to just one plain piece of base gear and all other armor sets turn into ornaments for that plain piece of armor, just so that we only have to focus on one less aspect of gear grinding and could make the stats we been chasing the absolute way we wanted them to look. That or more work on the infusion system so we can infuse stats from one piece of gear to another.
