I agree. This boss fight is the worst thing i've seen in this game. i spent about an hour and a half trying this boss fight with a few differant random matchmaking crews and got close a couple times. within 1 shot once but yet to no avail. Still haven't beaten it. Guess I'll try again tomorrow.
