Vote with your dollar...No Hearthstone, no Overwatch, no WoW.
I'm wondering if there's going to be an organized "Play Something Else" day from streamers that normally play Blizzard titles, a Go Fund Me to compensate the player, or both.

Activision-Blizzard is a billion dollar company, I hate to break it to you but boycotts aren’t going to make a dent. And besides, once this blows over, who’s to say a large portion of those boycotting won’t come back the newest Overwatch event or WoW expansion.

That vote with your wallet shit doesn't work. For everyone that actually cares there are thousands of children and man children that just wanna play the game. They don't read the news. They don't care.

Could a said Dudebros instead of man children if that would make you feel better.
Could a said Dudebros instead of man children if that would make you feel better.
Oh, I don't care about that. Like I've said on here before, "NGAF is its own reward." 'Sides, I'm ok with manchild, I'm too old & grumbly and not nearly cool enough for dudebro to be apropos. I just find your omission curious.

I didn't refer to you as either. Those are just the two largest groups of people that play games and the ones that throw the most money at devs and publishers. The whales overshadow the shrimps voting with their wallets.

And while everything you said there is true, some take action not because of the ultimate outcome, but instead, because it's what they believe in.

It has caused a bit of an uproar, so it's not out of the realm of possibility. I've seen a few posts (on reddit) with people canceling their WoW subscriptions completely, and when asked, giving this incident as the reason why.
