In order to unlink an account, you must be able to authenticate it, which means you must be able to log into it. Bungie cannot forcibly de-link it. I would suggest contacting Microsoft concerning recovering your XBL account. This will save you a lot of trouble and let you keep your current Bungie.net profile. If you are unable to gain access to your XBL account, then you will not be able to unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile. If you're trying to set up cross-save, then your only option will be to create a new Bungie.net profile and then unlink/relink the accounts you actually want to that new Bungie.net profile. Just keep in mind that if you go with the new Bungie.net profile, you will lose access to the code-granted bonuses you've redeemed on Bungie.net because those are tied to your current Bungie.net profile. You can see what you'll lose here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Codes

 • But I do not want to recover this account because I have deliberately deleted it and I have a new Xbox live account which I cannot add because I have to disconnect the old, no longer existing, and to do that I must log in to it, which at the moment is impossible because I just can't Do not exist ;-(
