If you buy Shadowkeep the season of undying is included. But if you want all the next seasons and next activities you'll need to buy Shadowkeep deluxe edition

whats black armoury? is it relevant? and are the seasons the annual pass?

You need the anual pass thats linked with shadowkeep. I thing that If you buy forsaken you'll receive black armory and all the other dlcs from year 2.
