Never Received Pre-Ordered Items
I pre-ordered the deluxe edition package on steam and I logged in on the day of the releases but the servers were down and crammed full. I do not have my items for the Two-Tailed Fox or the exclusive gear. I never got anything and I want to know why and if I can get my items.
