@BNGSecurity could I get my case looked into? I honestly just want to know what I did so that if I play again, I don't get banned for running discord or something in the background... Also, I want to know what the process is for getting refunds? It sucks to lose the years of progress, but I still want to be able to play with my family and friends, so if you could help me understand that would be great.

You can refund you Steam purchase on this site: https://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds/ I'm offering all my System-Logs to help Bungie on this problem, because I am wrongfully banned to. Maybe you should try to offer you Logs aswell to help solving the problem.
