Vsync issues
This started like a month ago. I'm using forced vsync in the nvidia control panel since the in-game implementation has always been buggy for me. Anyway, if I turn it off, I can get well over 60 FPS but with vsync on, I can see small framerate drops in heavy flights causing stuttering. It can be really annoying, especially considering that it was perfectly fine a while ago. I already tried everything from reinstall drivers to whole windows, nothing has helped so far. Also, not using vsync is unacceptable for me so turning it off is not a solution.

Yup same. When I turn on the 75hz in game Vsync, I get tons of stuttering and FPS drops. I turn it off, and the game runs beautifully but with screen tear.
