Pretty much yeah, neglected communities = angry communities.

Edited by TJ_Dot: 9/17/2019 4:30:16 PMOnce told Cozmo that the forums had to be useful for them (After feedback got shoved in with D2). He acknowledged it (only time any of them ever have, a reply to their own comment), nothings changed.

Not really, just these forums are a bunch of bitchy kids who insist they hate everything about a game that they play everyday

Agreed. And the toxicity on the forums is as much to do with Bungie's 'laissez-faire' attitude towards their own forums for years before even D1, but has continued to this day. A certain percentage of people online will always be a problem in any community, but that's no excuse for Bungie to neglect their own forums and thus emboldening the most toxic players, which tends to drive non-toxic players away. Maybe if Bungie actually expended resources on hiring, training, and paying a livable wage to more employees who can actually read Bungie's own forums and respond, addressing critical and often time-sensitive issues in a timely manner, people would at least feel listened to.

besides, compared to other forums I have visited this one is tame.
