This is the [b]official Destiny 2 forums[/b], created by none other than Bungie themselves?
Why should we have to go to an outside source to try and get our feedback heard? You’d think they’d have more open ears for this place.

probably because bungie uses outside sources for pretty much every feature that they should have made themselves.

Agreed. Also, some of us are banned from certain 3rd party social media sites, and while I could make new pseudonymous accounts, I shouldn't have to go outside of Bungie-controlled/owned/operated servers or services just to communicate with the company that runs the game-as-service that I paid to play. And I have an ideological opposition to participating on Reddit, so while I'm happy to pick the brains of people who post there, I'm not contributing to Reddit until and unless things change within the company itself.
