I usually try to eat breakfast. Gets you woken up and gives you the energy you need for the day.

Not instant, but it does tell you’re body that food is coming, in a sense, and that allows you to get started

What I mean is, for some odd reason when you put the food [i]in your mouth[/i], you stop being hungry because your body knows it’s getting food
