They should remove the crouch requirement after this change.

  • I think some level of effort should be involved to proc it, it is a very potent ability, but I think pretending this ability nets Wraiths automatic kills is silly. In 5k comp you tell people about the over shielded Titan that had been absolute just a moment before, now pushing on your team. You don't say, oh my God this Hunter can always see me through walls. Even if a Hunter can see through walls, he's unlikely to push if half health. If you and your teammates failed to damage him in an engagement before he got Flawless Execution, that's says more about you than them. Making us crouch to get it puts us at a mobility disadvantage, as it should be. If you have a dust rock or an Erentil out, and you get Slide shot in the dome with Chaperone, he earned that. He found your head with a slug and you didn't stop him with buckshot that could have hit his toes and killed him. This isn't counter strike, call of duty, or hard core Battlefield. Death is not instantaneous and there are many variables to consider. Hunters have awful recovery, unless they dump into that stat. That said, if this was so game breaking, all Wraiths would dominate top competitive and would always have 30+ kills in QP. And that is not the case. I'd love to see the ratio of precision kills while Flawless Execution is proced versus kills of any other type in post Fabled competitive. Furthermore I'd love to see the number of kills earned by Arc Web, Dunemarcher/Syntho melees abilities, Lightning and Hand held Nova grenades... Or the melees that throw and explode you. The neutral game of each class has its place with respect to it's super. No one is bothered by the idea of a Devour Warlock using Recluse. Pretending that cutting an ability to a third of it's original time after that same class just came off of a nerf isn't going to agitate the people who use that class, is asinine. Struggling to play competitive and not adjusting your play style to tackle what you're fighting will always leave you at the same skill level. Complaining about Shotguns probably means you don't know their range or how to engage with them. Complaints about snipers indicate that you don't know how to compete with them, or find other lanes or pathways to control heavy and spawn trap. Most effective Hunters and especially Wraiths are confined to specific loadouts. If you go to Endless Vale and get aped all the time, you should adjust your play. If you keep going to a lane or rushing a Hunter sat crouched with a sniper, perhaps he deserves to be fed. I don't see the numbers, but apparently Bungie felt like it was an issue. That said, it is a slap in the face of Hunters again. Worm Husks effectiveness was reduced almost immediately after complaints. And Titans were presented with the One Eyed Mask, which is a Foetracer with devour and attack buff in a rift. Spectrals gets a hit detection (which is still shotty) buff and it's effectiveness goes up substantially. Gwisyn being a must have for duration and it is nerfed. It's armor and duration, with additional costs added to it's light attack and being visible. Smart teams group up in an open area with their backs to the wall and gun it down like it was a regular guardian. Then they buffed bottom tree arc Titan in every capacity they nerfed the Hunter Roaming. I find this community just wants their favorite thing to be the best, I would like consistency. But remember, Hunters are people with guns and if he killed you, it's probably cause you got out played. Turn up your sensitivity and be prepared to look up if they have stompies. Step back if it's a shot gun. Bait if it's a fusion (barbaric weapon). Don't look at the snipers. Complain less. Play the game more. Nerf bottom tree arc Titan. Thanks for your input tho. I think 3 seconds is entirely too short as the overlay doesn't just stay, it sometimes isn't even drawn.

  • I think most people agree that One Eyed Mask is far stronger than Truesight. I'm just suggesting a buff to counterbalance the nerf.

  • I appreciate your input. I do think simply getting precision kills would make it broken, even at 3 seconds. Especially with pinnacle weapons. Crouching or sliding means I had to do more for that kill or engagement and it feels earned. I think it should remain the same, at 6 seconds.

  • I was thinking the same thing, but give it like a five second cooldown so people can't spam it.
