I feel like Truesight should of been 4 seconds. It doesnt have that much of a competitive advantage tbh. Otherwise this nerf does not affect PvE whatsoever.

Kind of makes it pointless in pve for the debuff at least. They did say they are patching shattering strike to 8 seconds tho whenever that patch comes out. I guess the nerf to truesight inadvertently made shattering strike 3 seconds also.
