No, but I have combined on all 3 characters and not had any issues beforehand.. Sometimes they dont even drop from events or patrols even.

It's a random drop, and you can only create one Override Frequency at a time, so maybe you missed it?

Not true.... You can combine 4 to make 1 frequency key. Trust me, I once made 20+ on a charter that was not a main...

Edited by GrundleBeans: 9/5/2019 4:02:40 AMYou can't obtain more stems or combine them on a character that is on an [u]active[/u] Nascent Dawn step that asks you to go to open a specific node. Only after you complete that step would you be able to get more stems and combine them. If your other characters could do it at different times, then it's because they weren't on a Nascent Dawn step at the time. Otherwise there's no limit to how many resonant stems you can get per day and combine on each character, and you would be guaranteed to get stems from every activity. If you can only combine stems on [i]one[/i] of the characters, then you just have to complete quest steps on the other two to unblock them.
