Hello,
Thank you for your report. If currently logged in, please log out of Destiny 2 on all platforms. Once you log back in, your account should be configured with Cross Save enabled for your Xbox characters.

Hello bungie I have a similar issue for which I sent a message directly. I configured my cross save with my Xbox account instead of my battle.net account. Can this be switched without having to wait the 90 day period?
