A flash of light, and Cronos stands there, adjusting his tie and holding his brief case.
"I request an audience with the Witch Queen."

There is no response save the sound of the roaring wind...
-
"Well, that is quite... Disappointing." Cronos snaps his figures, and the storm around him clears up a bit, allowing him greater vision. He tilts his head, trying to locate the sound of the bell. Tugging on his tie, he treks onward through the snow.
-
Marching through the snow towards the sound of the bells, you hear civilians crying for help off to your left
-
Cronos chuckles as he brushes the snow off his suit. "Come now, Witch Queen. You can do better than that." He marches onward, ignorant of the civilians.
-
I made a random encounter chart I'm rolling on, but I'm trying to wrap this up so I can make some dinner...soooo...
Through the storm, an army of Wights approaches with the Witch Queen riding ahead. "Hello, darling. Sorry I couldn't meet you sooner, I've been very busy. Now, what is it you want?"
-
Cronos flicks his wrist, then everything slows to a crawl. The roaring of the wind dies down. He adjusts his tie and brushes off the snow off his suit. "My employers are... concerned, about the preservation of Offtopic. They do not tolerate unpredictability, Lady Death. I am sure you understand. So, I offer you a proposition: work with us, and you will be rewarded greatly. Name a price, and it will be paid."
-
No wealth, no ruin, no silver nor gold Nothing satisfies me but your soul... Don't worry, dear. From the ashes of the old world, something new will rise. It's the way of things. It will be over soon enough...
-
Cronos shakes his head. "No, you're not understand, Lady Death. My employers will deal with you horsemen personally. And when they intervene..." Cronos chuckles. "Nothing lives."
