What if (crazy thought) you dismantle stuff when you’re in those long loading screens, and just sit there doing nothing??? I mean i never have more then a couple of items in my postmaster... you have all the time to dismantle stuff and this realy looks like complaining about something that’s nothing...
Maybe also don’t have all slots filled with stuff? And transfer stuff you realy instant need from vault to your character and back?

I cant believe im saying this, but my vault needs to be larger then i wouldn't have my inventory spaces 9/10 filled. I use my titan as a pack mule for my hunter and he is soon to be overloaded lol
