You find yourself in a plain white cube, with only a bed and desk inside. "Hello. I see you've... accepted the job. We shall speak when your services are needed." A voice boomed from everywhere.
-
Who said I accepted? I wanted to ask what this was about. And who you were... where is my grenade.
-
*you still hold your grenade* "To step through was to accept, Mr. Gragink. I thought that was clear." The voice chuckles. "You shouldn't apply for a job you know nothing of."

-
"Let us just say, I am an employee, just like you, Mr. Tilman." A flash of light, and Cronos stands in front of you, an elderly man in a suit holding a brief case. He smiles, a smile that doesn't reach his eyes. "I work for higher powers, Mr. Tilman. We both do, now."
-
*slowly creeping forward* “...and if I let go of this grenade?”
-
Cronos' smile widens. "Go ahead, Mr. Tilman."
-
*I throw the grenade in the air, pull out a knife and hold it to Cronos’s throat. I grab the grenade on its way back down.* “Heh. Gotcha.”
-
Cronos snaps his fingers. Everything seems to rewind, up until the point he appears. "Oh no, Mr. Tilman. I've got you."
-
*i stand and think for a moment Then I draw my revolver and fire in just a fraction of a second*
-
The bullets stop in mid air. Cronos, smiling, begins flicking the bullets away as he walks towards your frozen body. His eyes seem dead, full of emptiness. Yet there is a dort of cold emotion behind them. "Wake up, Mr. Tilman." With a simple flick of his wrist, you find yourself suddenly falling, until you land in a pitch-black room, the wind knocked out of you.

-
"This, Mr. Tilman, is where we send our... reluctant employees for... Re-education." Cronos' voice booms from everywhere through the dark. "Let me know when you reconsider your attitude towards your job." Silence.
-
“Oh ok. Good to know” *i take my jacket off, set it on the ground, and sit next to it. I take two bullet and empty the gunpowder onto the jacket. I shoot one bullet parallel to the ground but close enough to light the gunpowder and cause a fire on the jacket, which I now use as a torch.*

You see nothing but darkness as you walk forward. The floor seems to be made out of a smooth, silver metal. You walk until you come to fork of three corridors: right, left, and center. Which one do you go through?
-
*i go left*
-
You walk through the corridor for some time, fumbling through the darkness. You see a light ahead, suddenly. You run forward, only to find yourself in the same vast, dark room as before. The light is nowhere to be seen.
