It’s the maturity mostly. Generally speaking, the younger you are, the more bratty and obnoxious you can be. I don’t mind playing with people around 16 or so, as they know how to at least, for lack of a better word, behave. If you expect me to get into an activity with a frigging 10 year old, then you’re absolutely crazy and I’m leaving instantly. 13 is most likely the absolute lowest age I can handle so long as the kid isn’t an annoying potty mouth

So for example, let's say that you end up in a teaching run of something like a raid and the person who's being taught is a kid (let's say like maybe 12-13), would you stay and help or would you leave based on the first couple of minutes you meet the kid? I'm also asking because I used to do this with my brother when we first started playing destiny together (back in 2015-2016) and people would leave because they would hear my brother's voice and peace out.

Personally I can’t stand kids who swear. They always sound stupid and idiotic.

Have you ever tried telling the kid not to swear? I'm not trying to defend kids or anything of the sort, like I've said in earlier replies I'm just genuinely curious about people's train of thought with this issue.

I have tried telling a few to stop. It didn’t end well any of those times.

I once tried. Only led to more swearing and the kid to start making mom themed insults and jokes.
