You know the glow works on every stage of armor right? And that the blue armor can be taken out of collections at a higher level?

It's just not as pretty or bright as when it's completed :P and I do often forget about that but I'll still have to grind up to 720 + anyway as I only just got LVL 50 on my hunter and am sitting mid 500's power lvl

You got the annual pass? Do Benedicts quest and he'll shoot you straight to 690.
