you get blueshift Dreams from dismantiling dreaming city weapon and armor..i believe you can see if what you are dismantling has blueshift on it or not,it is random if you get it after that tho.... so jus keep doing what you have been doing and dismantle anything not worth keeping..eventually rng will helpyou out.... lot of ppl on reddit saying they got if from dismantling their tigerspite.

so when I dismantle something does it have to have blueshift shader on it or it doesn’t matter what shader it has ?

I believe to get the shader it needs to be on the weapon you are dismantling
