It happens randomly after using ionic blink also.
They have and won’t do anything.
Same as RAMPAGE on grenade launchers.

The kill clip perk is more effective on crucible (for me anyway) The break neck is to gimmicky for pvp in my experience.

What’s wrong with rampage on nade launchers?

It works, but only on the "impact" part of the damage. So instead of a 65% buff like on a primary with 3x rampage it's more like 20% on a grenade launcher.
