I don't see anything special about it anymore. I used the shit out of it beginning of forsaken, but yea.
Dust collector at this point.
Personally, icarus is the only mod on my handcannons 99% of the time anyway.

I think it's a great example of an exotic. it's pretty much the best general use hc in the game (Firefly, third eye, steroid kill clip, high calibur rounds, outlaw) but it takes your exotic slot.
