Its wrong yea. I did it in 10 mins at Shuro Chi with top tree ticklefingers. Bring raid banners.

Yes that is what it says but I did it elsewhere . There is several posts on the internet about it being a description error. Just do a google search on the written description and it gives you details. I think if you look up the equivalent armor piece for titan or hunter the description is different.
