Problem w Venus is that avg temp is almost 1000 degrees, atmosphere is sulfuric acid, and surface pressure is equal to 3000 ft below sea level on earth. Any habitat would have to be reinforced to such a level that getting materials there would be extremely time consuming and costly bc of weight and size.

Yes, but floating 50km up, the pressure is almost equal to earth, and the temperature can be as cool as 81F. Acid is still a problem, but we have plenty of materials resistant to it.

Resistance won’t cut it lol.

Not even the containers we keep sulfuric acid in?

You need guaranteed 100% immune, not mostly resistant
