Nothing to fix.
ALL Destiny 1 codes have long since expired and as Bungie had nothing to do with issuing those codes they can not help you.
At this time you can only get D1 and all the dlc on your platforms store.

Do you know any way I could contact them and also I didnt put any codes in I got it all from the PlayStation store

Then you need to talk to Sony as they are the retailer and are responsible for game licences not Bungie. Also Bungie has no public phone number or email just the #Help forum if you have problems.
