I just looked at one of my matches from last night. A quickplay shitshow.
Winning team had two Diamonds, two silvers and two bronzes. Losing team 1 Gold, 2 Silvers, three bronzes. Eighty-three percent chance of winning for the winning team before the first shot was fired.
Half the damn lobby had KDs of 0.71 and below.
This is ridiculous that Bungie expects people to show up for this.

Sounds like 90% of all my QP and Comp matches. You are correct as I pretty much stopped playing Crucible because of this very thing.
-
So the guy below exposed this as a lie and linked the 2 qp games you played last night that between both matches had 1 gold player only 300 elo higher then the rest...ive heard about you as a common forum goer but ive heard you speak truth from one side and speak lies from the other. Looks like lies was accurate. Shame on you.

https://destinytracker.com/d2/pgcr/4364301529 The "guy below" is one of the biggest trolls on these forums the last 5 years. He cherry picked 2 games from one character.
-
Edited by AQME: 7/23/2019 10:10:53 PMActually i find him to not be a troll at all, much of what he writes on the topics I've seen is pretty informative and accurate, recently i saw him reply to a thread asking what erentil god rolls are and he recommended a roll i almost had, tried it out and its actually. pretty awesome. I guess it depends on which elo numbers you go by gg or dtr, also he just took the 2 pvp games from yeterday which kelly was reffering to

He's a 50+ year old idiot who has nothing better to do with his life. Carry on
-
Edited by TheArtist: 7/23/2019 9:41:04 PMGo soak your head. Anyone who told you that was looking at the wrong game. The numbers I quoted were straight off the Destinytracker site, who get their numbers directly from Bungie.
-
He literally linked both your qp games to guardian gg You lied. Plain and simple. Anything to push that false sbmm narrative so you get separate matchmaking by virtue of being unskilled And before you start i rock a .9 kd but know that some playlists MUST have options for those that dont enjoy only matching themselves.
-
1. I muted the guy. I only do that when some is either a liar who makes stuff up or is abusive. So you are putting stock in someone who continues to follow around someone who muted them. Think about it.... 2. Go to Destinytracker and look at my PSN account. I quoted the elo numbers directly from the match were I only had a 0.29 So you are accusing Destinytracker of lying, because it’s their numbers kid.
-
It's Haunter. Enough said.
-
lol, that guy needs Jesus.
-
"enough said"implies you speak with any reality backing you and he doesnt when the opposite is in fact true Why cant you drop d2 and go play anthem like you said you were? Clearly no one agrees with your participation trophy mindset so go
-
Eye roll....
-
I like how you claim he lied when clearly you did lol He LINKED your matches, we all see the elo, own up to your lie kid
-
Edited by TheArtist: 7/23/2019 10:01:05 PMGo to Destinytracker. Look up my PSN account. Scroll down to the QP match where I had a 0.29 KD. Look at the posted elos. Then come back and we’ll finish this discussion.

Edited by Justlce Ieague: 7/23/2019 10:03:59 PMAnd why should i? Is dtr any better an indicator over guardiangg? I seem to recall you or sols posting pvp numbers and claiming dtr was skewed and gg had the actual pvp numbers while trying to show that pvp had low population so??? Not to mention one of your qp games was decided by 3 kills yesterday and the other by 20...those are hardly problem numbers
-
Edited by TheArtist: 7/23/2019 10:06:21 PMDTR gets their numbers directly from Bungie. And I said DTR was combining Gambit and Crucible numbers into a single daily pvp engagement number. Which they were....and I suspect they still are.
-
Are you claiming gg doesn't? When you or sols used to try and use gg numbers to show pvp numbers were down over dtrs?
-
I don’t know where Guardian.gg gets its numbers from. I know where DTR gets them because they wrote an article about the subject.
-
I don’t know where Guardian.gg gets its numbers from. I know where DTR gets them because they wrote an article about the subject.
They get their numbers from Bungie as well. Only Gurardian GGs elo rankings are different from Destiny Tracker. Hope that helps.

Here are the quickplay mtches you had last night: 1 gold player barely higher then anyone else with every other player being silvers including you. Heres game 2: Silver and bronze players only You never matched diamonds, you lied just like every sbmm crybaby that want protection. Just like sols makes up as much bs as they can, you lie and misinform as much as you can hoping you'll persuade other bottom tier players that non-sbmm is a problem when it couldnt be further from the truth. What an embarrassment to yourself and all destiny players.

Edited by D dawgy: 7/23/2019 9:54:21 PM
Kellygreen using false statistics to push a false narrative? No... never.
After looking at destinytracker, Kellygreen's statement was based in facts. I retract my previous statement in spoiler. Although, i will say that i still do not believe SBMM is a catch all solution.
-
So just so i understand a few months back kelly and/or sols claim dtr numbers are skewed when they were trying to show that pvp population was down and that really the gg numbers were correct which showed far less players then the dtr total player population. Now they claim gg numbers arent correct and dtr are the actual ones. And your going to just let them swap back and forth and pick when 1 website is superior and whan the other is? Hope not.
-
It seems Guardian.gg calculates ELO based on the account life....and DTR cacluates it by season. But if you look at DTR's numbers, that's probably a better representation of who the matchmaking algorithim actually works. Grab 12 players by connection...then roughly assign them to two teams of ROUGHLY equal elos. Which allows the WIDE variation inindividual player skill level...and contributes to the miserable play experience for players of average ability and below.
-
I would need context.
-
The context is that DTR was combining Gambit and Crucible numbers into a single PVP daily engagement number, while Guardian.gg was giving a pure Crucible population number. So if you wanted to know how many people were playing Crucible....Guardian.gg gave the more accurate picture. Because you weren't padding the number with the 150-200K (at the time) players per day who were playing Gambit. ...and I claimed NOTHING about either sights elo numbers. I simply quoted the elo numbers recorded on the DTR web site. The trolls are the one's trying to turn this into a pissing contest. All I know is that DTR gets its player profile stats directly from Bungie.
