SBMM is snake oil trying to be sold as a solution to non skilled players. Just apply SBMM and watch your wins and KD improve.
Except it’s a lie and universally hated. That’s why every SBMM post for the last 3 years has 0 upvotes. For every person who thinks that the 5 matches they play weekly should be in a SBMM settings they’re are way more realistic guardians that know it’s bs.
Sweety lagfest or comp as my pvp options kills this game for me. Not being able to play with friends cause they will get stomped due to us being in different brackets is dumb. Bad players who barely play getting to dictate pvp is dumb. SBMM is dumb. This topic being brought up every day to get shut down is dumb. False claims of new players being served up is dumb. Using a bow and auto and complaining about the guy with the dust rock is dumb. I can do this all day.

Edited by TheArtist: 7/23/2019 8:30:04 PMBullshit on toast. 1. Every real sport has skill-matching. Pros teams dont' beat up on high schoolers and middle-schoolers. 2. Most of the lies about SBMM are from 15 years ago when internet speeds were much lower, and infrastructure much cruder. SBMM is basically industry standard in every online competitve game except FPS. 3. The problem is that Call of Duty created a culture of the PUBSTOMP. So you have people who are not only not interested in actually competition....they consider having to play someone of their own skill level to be a "punishment for being good' (WTF?!?!?!) A notion that will get you laughed out of every locker room in the sports world....and that's if they don't dunk your head in the toilet before kicking you out. IOW people -blam!- about SBMM nto because of connection quatlity...but because they don't want to actually have to face people who can give them a game. That 'sweaty" sensation your complaining about? That's what real competition FEELS like...and clearly you don't enjoy it. I do.
1. Every real sport has skill-matching. Pros teams dont' beat up on high schoolers and middle-schoolers.
Quickplay is not a competitive sporting event. Ist is the opposite as you've bee told hundreds of times clown
2. Most of the lies about SBMM are from 15 years ago when internet speeds were much lower, and infrastructure much cruder. SBMM is basically industry standard in every online competitve game except FPS.
No they arent lmao, SBMM wasnt a thing 15 years ago this is a new concept from bad players that think thier ineptitude means they somehow are entitled to separate matchmaking - despite every shooter doing things as they always did.
3. The problem is that Call of Duty created a culture of the PUBSTOMP. So you have people who are not only not interested in actually competition....they consider having to play someone of their own skill level to be a "punishment for being good' (WTF?!?!?!)
You dont get rewarded with separate matchmaking for being bad, nor will all of pvp cater to the bottom half, that you cant get that through your head at this point is incredible.
A notion that will get you laughed out of every locker room in the sports world....and that's if they don't dunk your head in the toilet before kicking you out.
You mean actual competitive events like sporting events are? Good thing qp isnt that! Thata for COMPETITIVE. Kids are so clueless about what social playlists actually are these days.
IOW people -blam!- about SBMM nto because of connection quatlity...but because they don't want to actually have to face people who can give them a game. That 'sweaty" sensation your complaining about? That's what real competition FEELS like...and clearly you don't enjoy it. I do.
And you have the option to go into playlists designed for that competition you claim to want - comp, rumble, rotating and banner all cater to it. You have your options. You sure as hell wont be taking ours. Funniest part? Those that claim to want sbmm have it today and avoid the playlists anyway. Absolutely hilarious. But then what can you expect from people who think being bad means you get rewarded with separate protection bubble matchmaking?

Tl/dr Go play comp if you want competition.

Facts are too hard to read huh?
-
0 upvotes how do you like those facts
-
Gosh, I didn't know upvotes on a forum where people downvote out of spite was the metric to determine what 14 million players want. Thanks for that information, sounds just as reliable as the sources you get you mm information from.
-
Ok so you are delusional. Good to know. I’m moving on. I wish you nothing but bad luck on your crusade to ruin the crucible.
-
Have a nice life.
-
And that attitude is why Bungie has to bribe people with loot to get them to play this rolling dumpster fire. Because without it Crucible keeps self-destructing.

Edited by Cal: 7/23/2019 8:57:46 PMYou can cry until the cows come home( I think that’s how the saying goes) but you and I both know that majority of the community does not want what YOU want. You want the less popular, less fun, less recommended solution. When Bungie added sbmm in d1 it was rejected and when it was removed it d2 it was cheered. It’s ok your just on the wrong side of history bud.

Facts dude, sad how these people have to lie as much as they do thinking they have any base that like them thinks being low tier players mean you are rewarded with separate matchmaking
-
You're wrong there too. The majority do, you all just flood the forums with your misinformation campaigns. You literally have no idea what you're talking about on the topic.

Edited by Cal: 7/23/2019 9:22:02 PMThat’s not how the votes work are you delusional. More people think you idea is bad than good. So much so that the vote count show it. Not only for your post but every post that tries to bring back the worst version of the crucible. Man it’s like talking to a crazy person who can’t accept the truth. I totally believe you when you say you want SBMM. Why can’t you accept that everyone else does not feel the same way. If so you would a positive upvote count. But you don’t. It’s not a conspiracy to down vote your idea. We don’t like it. Accept or not SBMM IS BAD AND NOBODY WANTS IT.

It's almost like your opinion doesn't matter since you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Oh wait, it doesn't. Thanks though.
