What is the best tire for a truck

That is subjective. I have never had any problems from Cooper Tires, nor Goodyear. Right now, I am running Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo 2's. I like them very much, quieter then most A/T's I have run and I love looking at the tread pattern. I have had bad luck with Firestone tires, which I find odd, because they are supposedly owned by Bridgestone. They are the only tire I have ever had separate on me. Next set of tires, I am thinking about trying either Toyo or BF Goodrich, as they both have tires I like the tread pattern on.

It looks nice and my neighbor's sounds very nice. I have no other opinion on them because I do not drive cars anymore.

What is the point of them?

To have more light, like on a trail or a very dark road. To my knowledge though, you can't use them on the highways or any public road, as they may blind the other driver and cause a wreck.

Are your knees really that bad?

One of them is very bad, they other is not great, but I think it would be good if I could get the other one to stay working properly and not act up.

What CHL said. If I am lucky & blessed, they will never be used outside of hunting for food or for killing paper zombie targets at the range.
