I have a good decent internet connection i know this isn't the answer you wanted but i have already tried many steps to troubleshooting this problem and yet it's still going

To be fair there are issues going on that bungie is working on, so I’m not saying it’s all your fault. These are things though to keep a watch on so that you limit any issues you have when you play. Suspensions and auto and do not differentiate between user error or bungie error, this is so people don’t cheat the system.
