this weapon yes but there are others where it really shouldn't be. there is 2 facets to the game, nothing wrong with that, but bungie has always been a pvp first dev, and in my opinion all you do is fill pvp matches with people only there for quest objectives, if you truly want a competitive pvp system you need to fill it with 12 players that want to be there, same with raids, same with strikes.

Some people just don’t think, feel they are entitled to each weapon they feel is useful.
