No. Pinnacle weapons are supposed to be for good players. Not some casual that just WANTS it. Need to put in time and effort in combination with skill to get these. Hate the way Bungie is going with this making them easier and easier every season.

Edited by thechair: 7/2/2019 2:38:05 AMfrankly getting redrix is more of a headache then recluse. Getting 5 resets is more time consuming than playing 3 comp matches every weekend for the 200 point bonus each week

is it 150? idk somewhere around there
-
The lower you are the more points on reset I heard, I never pay attention to those things xD 200 would have been insanely good tho! Haha
-
Idk about you, but for me, going through all the quest steps and 5 resets in one season was a lot of time and effort spent in order to obtain Redrix's Broadsword. No one said it had to be easy, but I agree it's a good idea to make alternate versions of some pinnacle weapons that can be obtained through QP alone, even if they require a LOT of grinding
-
If that's the case, then the weapons shouldn't also be the best PvE weapons...
-
You're absolutely right, no point handing out participation prizes with top teir loot. Completely De-values it all.
-
You don't need to be a "good" player to obtain the Gambit or Vangaurd Pinacles! There should be high-tier pinnacles for No-Lifers that as you said take skill, time and dedication through practice and meaningful effort, which should serve as kinda like Trophys for the truly accomplished and hell why only do that for Crucible make some super high tier PvE ones as well. But: there should also be lower-tier pinnacles that your casual-cousins can obtain that are catered to their skill level and the amount of time they have to play. Not all of us have all the time in the world to play like you Elitist pro-gamers some of us have important things to do.
-
Exactly. Pve takes no skill so let the casuals and dads get the bad pinnacle weapons

oooo he's feeling spicy because he just got his recluse 😂
