1 ReplyNo, the Mask only comes from Heroic Adventures on the Tangled Shore when it is the Flashpoint (one guaranteed Tangled Shore Item per day).

Unless they've changed something, it should do. Those items are random drops from any Scorn boss, so should be fine.
