No, they just need to take loser penalties out of the game and reward points based on individual objectives and performance rather than win/loss only. Still let Glory go up/down on wins/losses, but don't go negative on the quest steps. Like the Revoker.

That's definitely a blessing. You can grind points out without the need to break your back to get to the next rank.
