You could use a vaporiser and tone down the nicotine over time, but since it is 38 days now it is probably more the habbit of smoking than actual nicotin adiction.
Good luck though I know what it is like, I quit smoking a few times but upon this day never truely managed it so I use a vaper now.

Hate to say it but that’s actually worse. Not saying you should go back to your first choice though.
