Besides, the Outlaws and the... Sheriff faction (?) make a great substitute for the Stormcloaks and Imperials.

Probably no specific ones. I’ll leave that up to Offtopic to decide actually. Plan on having a poll for which faction the main character should join (Like the Imperials (Sheriff’s Guard) or Stormcloaks (Outlaws), or the Companions or Thieves Guild/Dark Brotherhood).
