Bundle only....but it is same price as Forsaken standalone was (but it also includes Annual Pass, so you are still saving money).

And they aren't planning to release just the dlc?

The dlc was available as a standalone up until last week. With the lowering of the price, it was easier to bundle everything together than multiple items for same price.

The Forsaken DLC standalone purchase was 39.99 USD (or your equivalent). The Destiny 2 Forsaken Complete Collection is now 39.99. It includes not only Forsaken but the Forsaken: Annual Pass, which includes the 3 DLCs that came out after Forsaken. You're not 'late' for anything. You can purchase the Complete Collection and get the exact thing you're after for the same price you would have paid last week, and you'll actually get more out of it than you would have last week for the same price.

Well...it’s better for you now (assuming you had plans to get the Annual Pass content). As for price, it’s the same now as 1-2+ weeks ago.
