You start the quest with Benedict not with Werner first off.
Secondly, your Drifter problem... PLEASE READ THE KNOWN ISSUES THREAD ... it is a known issues and is being worked on.

Yeah I’ve got the initial quest I’m unable to get the bounty from Werner 99-44 as stated “complete the bounty from Werner 99-44” and I looked for a known issue related to my drifter problem and was unable to find it if you could link me i that would be much appreciated.
