That plot hole where we magically run into Zavala inside of Rasputin’s vestibule still bothers me to this day lol. It could’ve at least been something as simple as our guardian encountering dead hive or locked doors blocking the main route to the mindlab.

They somewhat explained how in one of the lore things that came out right before Warmind. Zavala found a path that he could enter the area unnoticed and get to Rasputin before anyone else did.

Ah I see. Good ol lore tabs lol. I’ll have to see what it says.

Thanks for looking that up. 😎

No problem. I remembered what I was looking for and thought that my description might not be descriptive enough.

Finally had a chance to read it. It’s definitely left open for more speculation though. One could assume that a secret transmat location was established long ago just in case Rasputin was discovered. Iron Lords probably put one close by there since it was Saladin’s task to lock the files.

To my knowledge around the time of the collapse Rasputin froze all of Hellas Basin, and the ice didn’t melt until the Traveler woke, so I don’t see how the Iron Lords could have put in a transmat. Thought you are right that it seems open to interpretation. I just always assumed that he knew a flying path to take.
