First of all, thanks for answering. In-game: SFX Volume: 7 Dialogue/Cinematics: 7 Music: 5 Chat vol: 5 and not muted default System: Headset is default device and balance is even. Weird stuff..

Just read that you have a Logitech device ... that honestly might be a good chunk of your problem. There are tons of threads on various Logitech headsets having either similar R/L imbalances OR bass treble imbalances. Have you tried another headset to rule that out?
