Read the tweet. "[Nodding slowly]" is what anyone would use if they were trying to convey sarcasm. Which is exactly what has been done here.

It probably was posted with good intention, trying to be thoughtful and interesting. It came off pretty douche-y, not gonna lie.

I think he was trying to get the message out that there are new people working at bungie. Specially because of all the people who left since the activision split.

Sure, he might have intended to do that. But the fact remains that this Tweet reads like he has a disdain for the players. It's not surprising, because come on, just look at this forum. But he still could have stopped and read the tweet before posting it. It makes him and Bungie look bad.
