Perk: [b]Reclaim[/b]
Attribute: Two rounds loaded to the magazine, when empty, after your next primary precision kills.

I like that idea too especially since it requires some skill and if you are able to get a kill on someone who has special ammo you can get 5 rounds at max.

You pretty much want a perk for this sniper that doesn't require you to have to run over a special brick. Even the old D1 perk "shoot to loot" would work. After killing someone, shoot the special with ANY weapon to pick up ammo for the sniper.
