Not trying to put a damper on anything, but they’ll see next to no use. The only reason shoulder charge is used is because you can keep it up with insurmountable skullfort. You can’t use two exotics at once, so we’ll be stuck with an obnoxiously long cooldown. Sorry if I make anyone mad by posting this.

I use melee mods so it's not too bad. Depending on the state it returns it, it would actually be better than skullfort because of the sheer damage it could deal. Besides, skullfort only works with striker, peregrine greaves might work with every shoulder charge ability.
