Previously I think xivu was getting by via challenging her siblings when no other powerful beings were around. Sine oryx and savathun were also growing in strength, she would consistently have someone to challenge. Now that that's changed her situation would have changed too. Now she has to go looking for strong opponents. Its worth noting though that her pact requires that she test her strength, not BEAT someone stronger. She would probably end up wanting to create a war without end against an opponent whose strength also grows over time. She needs an opponent that also gets stronger with conflict like she does. She needs a rival that can grow in strength with/against her. An opponent that gets stronger as they fight more and who keeps coming back for more...who does that sound like to you?
