If a being has any form of free will
As far as I can tell, they don't have free will as they are made to be servants.
Sounds like they're still fair game.

This is an all encompassing order, but in regards to the "catgirls" I do believe their creator said they had free will
-
Funny you should mention that! We also had a conversation on this matter: ACROCANTHUS:
I wont have you destroying my inventions.
Nil:
Interesting, I have inventions aswell. Flesh Golems and Colossi. They do what they're told, what they're programed to do. And sure! You can program them with sentience, but are they truly living beings?
So, what say you Mr President? Would my Undead servants be considered alive? Would they be protected by this bill aswell? They're both created to serve though mine are made for manual labor and warfare while these furries are made for disgusting purposes of pleasure...

That raises an interesting point, but I believe the distinction is in their free will. If a flesh golem were to have free will and could choose to leave you, then perhaps yes. The...hm, morality of creating either golems or cat girls are both dubious at best, but in this hilariously blown up instance (I don't believe any of us could have known we'd all be debating cat girls ' rights day after Porch day) I think it boils down the free will aspect

Ah, is this debate still raging? To be honest, I never really cared one way or the other. I was only siding with the ones suggesting they be put down because I wanted their souls for...reasons.

Hmm...interesting, now I want to know these reasons of course and naturally you won't want to disclose them. Quite the empass... But yes, somehow this is still going on. Not what I expected to spend part of my weekend on, but oh well
