It already got nerfed, it’s not THAT good anymore. It’s perfectly fine as is.
Also it gives more damage AFTER you’ve killed the person that was marked.
The healing isn’t like it was before, it’s STARTS health regeneration, meaning a single bit of damage from anything will stop that health regeneration.
Quit complaining.

Lol it barely got hit. It's practically the exact same thing.

You are forgetting about wall hacks
-
Don't hunters have wall hack with the middle tree night stalker? For for tracer all you have to do is aim at them to get wall hacks and you do more damage to lower health enemies Sanguine alchemy allows you and your allies advanced radar when ads and gives wall hack wish ender has wall hacks too for brief moment when ads. With one eye mask you have to take damage first and only get health Regen and extra damage after securing that kill. Here are some tips if you have trouble against OEM: -Only shoot them if you know you can kill them -bait them out, if they're hiding and regening health take that opportunity to expose yourself while being ready to snipe them or lead them into an alley way with grenade -use weapons with one shot kill potential -run until vengeance is gone -if you know the enemy is using OEM and he gets a kill on the kill feed stay away for a bit/ same could be said for recluse Hope they help.

I was correcting his original post. He said that one eyed mask increase your damage on tracked enemies. That’s not how it works He changed his post twice.

If it wasn’t THAT good, not everyone would be using it. 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
If it wasn’t THAT good, not everyone would be using it. 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
Wrong. In D1 we had this amazing Exotic called Twilight Garrison! In D2 OEM is pretty much the only good Exotic Titans have. And I’d trade OEM for Twilight Garrison in a heartbeat.

Edited by Ghostfire239: 5/25/2019 7:08:23 PMHave you seen the Titan’s arsenal of exotics? There aren’t many good PvP exotics. What do you want the to use? Ursa? That has been crap ever since it got nerfed. Insurmountable Skullfort? It’s great for top tree striker, but top tree striker isn’t that good. Synthoceps? Those are okay, the only issue it’s that we’re in a shotgun heavy meta. They’re still decent though. Doomfang? They’re alright, not as good as you might think. So, when Titans get a PvP focused exotic of course they’re going to use it. A lot of Hunters use Dragon’s Shadow, does that make Dragon’s Shadow OP? I don’t think so. A lot of Hunters use StompEE5s, are they now automatically OP? I think not. Using the “everyone uses something so it must be OP” excuse doesn’t really work all the time. You kinda sound like you’ve never touched one eyed mask in your life, or Titans in general. Maybe try using them a bit more.

Edited by wishythefishy: 5/25/2019 7:15:25 PMI cite Antaeus Wards. I cite Armamentarium. OWM introduces an entirely independent effect that affects engagements in such a way that it changes the way the game is played. Using wormhusk as a precedent: hunters were able to challenge a lane, scout, shoot, pick off and opponent, and walk away unscathed after a dodge. It broke the game because they were able to have full health at basically all times. OEM enables titans to see through walls ANY time they get shot. Usually when you’re getting teamshot by 2+ your dead before you can react. The only tracks one person argument is therefore null. Meanwhile, in a 1v1 engagement or even some competitive engagements, being able to see exactly we’re your enemy is gives you invaluable knowledge that allows players to kill much more easily/call out flanks/isolate and enemy/etc. It is potent and difficult to outplay because the perk lasts so long. As a result, many people use it. It’s very powerful. My argument was not to remove something because a lot of people use it, but rather to change an exotic that is slowing and making gameplay irritating... Especially the week Xur sold it, so many players are using. With regard to The Dragon’s Shadow and Stomp-EE5, many players use these because they’re a luxury and there aren’t many stand alone god-tier hunter exotics, as much as there are several solid options.
I cite Antaeus Wards. I cite Armamentarium.
Antaeus Wards have been bugged since Forsaken launched. As they currently are right now, you often take MORE than you would have if you weren't sliding. Not to mention that it's very difficult to even reflect anything to begin with, since the reflection shield comes up for a short time, in the middle of the slide. Not particularly useful in most cases. Hence why no one uses it. Armamentarium is nice, it's a good exotic for suppressor grenades and still pretty decent with pulse grenades if you're running bottom tree Striker. I'll give you that one.
The reason why Wormhusk broke the game, was because it was basically healing on demand. You didn't have to do anything to earn it. You just had to dodge, which came back in a few seconds. Not to mention the fact that the game a much slower game back then. It took longer to kill someone, and shooting from afar was the best strategy. Wormhusk basically reveled in that playstyle because, if you took damage during the engagement you could dodge, let your health recover and re-enter the same fight fully healed. One eyed mask requires you to kill the person you're tracking in order to get any healing. That's very different from Wormhusk. You can't kill someone on demand in order to heal.
OEM enables titans to see through walls ANY time they get shot. Usually when you’re getting teamshot by 2+ your dead before you can react. The only tracks one person argument is therefore null. You do realize that Foetracer, a pretty lacklustre exotic, tracks for the same amount of time and doesn't require you to get shot. They both track for approximately 8 seconds. Tracking doesn't mean much in a meta such as the current one. First off people usually move in groups of 2 or more almost all the time. Secondly even in 1v1s most people play in such an aggressive manner that makes the tracking is pointless. Tracking an enemy that you're in the middle of dueling with doesn't do much unless it's long range and passive engagement. Not a whole lot of those duels happening nowadays. Let me ask you something, how do you deal with Foetracer's tracking? I noticed that you weren't complaining about it.
As a result, many people use it. It’s very powerful. My argument was not to remove something because a lot of people use it, but rather to change an exotic that is slowing and making gameplay irritating... Especially the week Xur sold it, so many players are using.
In that case are we also nerfing Foetracer? It also make things slower and gameplay irritating. I'd rather not. Also, this is the first time Xur is selling One eyed Mask. Of course people are going to use it. Overall, your points of issue with One Eyed Mask don't seem nerf worthy. They just describe a good exotic. It seems like you're the only who really feels like this exotic is broken.

Antaeus words is niche and horribly inconsistent, Armarmentarium only boost grenades, not that good either
