It's ridiculous that this happens and as you say, is proper scummy.
However, you may need to remove that link as you could get a ban for it

Honestly I'm not sure about videos but I know that naming another player is against the code of conduct or something, and can get you banned. You might get away with a video on a technicality but I'm not sure.
